The Moscow tour of one of Uzbekistan's most famous theatres is being conducted as part of the Mask Plus program of the Golden Mask Festival and the Names program of the Theatre of Nations. The tour is dedicated to the memory of Mark Weil, the founder of the Ilkhom Theatre.
The Theatre of Nations has worked closely with Ilkhom over a long period of time, organizing tours to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Oslo and Copenhagen. The upcoming tour will present Weil's last two productions, “Ecstasy With a Pomegrante” and „The Orestea”.
