Alexander Gusev
Graduated from the Glinka State Conservatory in Novosibirsk (violin) in 1991.
Has worked in the computer laboratory of the conservatory; has performed in the orchestra of the Novosibirsk Opera Theatre; and as a solo violinist in Mikhail Turich's Chamber Orchestra.
Since 1993 has taken part in the collective composition of music and sound tracks for advertising videos. Recorded his first album in 1994-95 on the basis of material provided by shamans from the Khanty-Mansiisk region.
Received a Chaika (Seagull) award in 2003 in the category of “Melodies and Rhythms.”
